Overview

Utah Tech University is a well-known public university located in St. George, Utah. It was founded in 1911 as St. George Stake Academy, and after having changed the name numerous times over the years, it finally became Utah Tech University in May 2022. 

The university offers over 240 programs that include 53 bachelor's degrees, four master's degrees, 18 associate degrees, 45 minors, 52 certifications, and 70 emphases. It is divided into seven academic colleges that include fields of study such as arts, business, education, health sciences, engineering and technology, humanities and social sciences, among others. The curriculum involves real-world opportunities to enrich the educational experience of the students.

Services for International Students

The Student Success Program enables them to take advantage of the various resources and services. They can attain Success Coaching, participate in special events organized by the university, take help from the Student Success Center and apply for potential scholarships. There are also options for on-campus internships and employment, which can be used by the students. The International Student Services division is also present to provide guidance to international students.
